Managing risk and complexity underpins our practice in Adult Social Care and Child and Family Services. As practitioners we are required to:

  • Work in a way that enhances involvement, choice and control
  • take necessary action
  • recognise that people are experts in their own lives.

The aim of this World Café Event is to bring practitioners and students together to learn from each other about effective strategies to manage risk and complexity.
